This all-in-one weight training machine is ideal for strengthening and toning muscles. It features an adjustable leg lock with 3 settings. Special safety supports provide added security during exercise.
The weight and dumbbell set includes chrome-plated steel bars with quick-action spring collars (for the barbell), non-slip textured grips, and knurled star-shaped threaded caps (for the dumbbell bars) for secure attachment of the weight plates. The weight plates are made of a robust polyethylene shell. They can be combined in different ways depending on the training goals. The delivery includes a weight machine, a barbell, two dumbbell bars, six 1.25 kg weight plates, four 2.5 kg weight plates, two 5 kg weight plates, four end caps, and two spring collars.
